PROCESS

[01] PREPARE YOUR ORDER

You may or may not already have a good idea of what your finished product will be like. In this step, you are hashing out all the details we need to quote and start building your order; What color/style of apparel you want, what colors will be printed, how large the print will be, do you need finishing services, etc. This is a great time to check out our products catalogs and resources. Also, feel free to call or email us with any questions you have.

[02] REQUEST A QUOTE

Request a quote online, email us or call us to give us all those details you put together in Step 1 along with quantities, shipping info, any deadlines or special requests you have. Once we have this info, we will get you an accurate quote in writing, normally in less than one business day.

Torn between two apparel types? Not sure on quantity? Thinking about adding a back print? Not a problem, just let us know what you are thinking and we will put our experience to work for you. We will give you info to help you decide and get you quotes comparing options when needed.

[03] REVIEW YOUR QUOTE

Now is the time to look over and confirm that lovely quote we emailed you. The info in the quote is the foundation of your great apparel and we want to make sure it is solid, so please feel free to ask us any questions you have about the quote. If you need to change any details of your job, let us know now so we can make any needed adjustments to the quote.

[04] PLACE ORDER + APPROVE MOCK

We will send you an order summary outlining the apparel style, color and size breakdown as well as a digital mock representing the final product. These steps are to ensure that we know what you want and you know what to expect in return. We will not move your job into production until you confirm the order summary and mock. Make sure to approve your order and mock quickly to help keep your order completion on schedule.

[05] PAY HALF

Let us know you are ready to move forward by sending us your final art and and paying your 50% deposit. By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to our terms of service and telling us you are ready to have us go to work.

[06] WE PRINT

After you have approved the order and mock, we will get to work. Standard turn around time is 7-10 business days from the time you finalize the order to the time it leaves our shop. There are many factors that can impact this, so we will give you an estimated turn around time when you approve your order.

[07] SETTLE UP + SHIP/PICK-UP

Once your order is printed, we will contact you to process the payment for the balance due on your invoice. After the final payment is received, we will ship your order and send you tracking information. If you have arranged to pick-up your order at our Kansas City location, we will let you know our current hours for pickup.

[08] RECEIVE + SHARE THE LOVE

When you receive your order, please check it against the pack slip to ensure everything has been received. Now it’s your time to shine, get those shirts into the hands of your adoring family, friends, fans and customers.

[09] REPEAT
